By using Temple Quest you agree to what follows. If you do not, please stop using the app.
What the app is
Temple Quest is an information directory for temples in Kerala — locations, timings, festivals, offerings and travel details — together with tools to save temples and set your own visit reminders.
Accuracy
Temple information is gathered from public sources and contributions, and it changes. Pooja timings, festival dates, entry rules and dress codes are especially prone to change at short notice, and to vary on festival days.
Your account
Keep your login details to yourself; activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us if you think someone else has access. Accounts that are used to abuse the service or other people may be suspended.
Reminders
Visit reminders are a convenience, delivered by your device and by Google's notification service. They can be delayed or missed for reasons outside our control — battery saving, no network, permissions turned off — so please do not depend on them for anything that matters.
Third parties
The app links out to maps, hotel listings, phone numbers and websites run by other people. Those are theirs, not ours, and we are not responsible for what they contain or how they behave. Advertising shown in the app is supplied by Google AdMob.
Respect at the temple
Temples are places of worship with their own rules on entry, dress and photography. Where the app records them it is for guidance only — the temple's own authority always takes precedence.
Content and ownership
The app's name, logo, design and compiled information belong to Temple Quest. Photographs and map data belong to their respective owners and are used under their own terms. Please do not copy the app's content for commercial use without asking.
Availability
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and features may change or be withdrawn. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it — including a wasted journey based on information here.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, or here. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Kerala.
