Temple Quest · account deletion request

Fastest way: in the app

Open Temple Quest and go to Profile → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and needs nothing from us.

If you no longer have the app

Email info@thetemplequest.com from the address you registered with, asking for your account to be deleted. Using the registered address is how we confirm the request is yours. We will action it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
Your name, email address, profile photo and location text
Your saved temples, bookings and reminders held on our servers

What is not

Data held only on your own device — saved temples, bookings and your notification inbox. Uninstalling the app removes those.
Anonymous usage counts that are not linked to you and cannot be traced back.

Deleting an account cannot be undone. The same email address can be used to register again later, but nothing from the old account comes back with it.
